SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for choosing Swift Cargo Solutions! Below you will find important information regarding our shipping methods, processing times, and customer support.

1. Shipping Methods Available

Free Standard Shipping
Spend over $150 to qualify for free standard shipping to anywhere in the Continental U.S. Orders typically take between 2–4 business days to be processed and shipped, followed by an additional 2-5 business days for delivery once shipped via our standard shipping methods.

Flat-Rate Shipping
For all orders under $150, we offer a $6 flat-rate shipping option to anywhere in the Continental U.S.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico
Standard shipping rates apply for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

Expedited Shipping
We also offer expedited shipping. Options and pricing will be displayed at checkout. Expedited shipping orders will be processed and shipped on the same business day if placed before 12:00 PM PT, or the next business day if placed after 12:00 PM PT. An estimated delivery date will be displayed at checkout for expedited shipping options.

2. Important Considerations

Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from processing and shipping. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping method. All expedited shipping orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Credit Card Authorization

Credit card authorization and address verification must be completed prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.

4. International Shipping

Currently, we do not ship internationally, but we hope to offer this service in the future.

5. Damaged Items

If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at FairyLuke69095@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving it. Include a note with a photo of the damaged or incorrect item along with your order number, and we will take care of it for you.

6. Lost Orders

We apologize for any inconvenience! While the shipping carrier is responsible for the delivery of your package once it leaves our warehouse, please contact us, and we will open an inquiry into the lost package. We will do our best to assist you, but ultimately, Swift Cargo Solutions is not responsible for any lost packages.

7. Stolen Orders

Unfortunately, Swift Cargo Solutions is not responsible for any stolen packages.
